Every day is a Friday with this gorgeous boy!

Chill and happy from the first day, Friday has just turned 4 years. He walks on a loose lead and is happy with two short 15 minute walks a day with slightly longer on the weekend. He is knows to stop, cross (the road), stay and wait. He loves to say hi to dogs he meets and is unfazed about barking dogs behind fences. Friday willingly jumps in and out of the car. He has attended Greyhound Socialisation Classes (with after-training café socialisation as well!).

Friday is very gentle and polite meeting any other dogs, even if they are small dogs. But due to his zoomies he would be best with a medium/large dog as a companion.

Friday loves to be with his people or at least have them in his sight. We think he would be happy with a family where someone is home more often than not or otherwise with a canine companion. He has been fostered as a solo dog and is currently in foster with other greyhounds.

He is fine to go up and down stairs. He has bursts of energy and loves to do zoomies to run it off, so a small to medium garden would be great. He also absolutely loves to play with his toys! Friday is also toilet trained and sleeps right through the night.

Friday is a healthy dog who is on mild heart medication 3 times a day to ensure he can live a long life. These tablets can even be managed around your full-time work schedule, and he will happily take his tablets with a meal or treats.
